What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
Ulta Beauty has two separate product flows for ECOM vs Retail (different custowners). When a retail carton is full Ulta will use ToteFull to end the carton and send it on to packing, allowing the remainder of the order to return to the order pool and be shipped in multiple cartons. For ECOM totes that are full Ulta would like to send the tote to the hospital so that the remainder of the order can be picked and married up with the initial tote before being shipped to the customer. |
