Data held within LokiMon is 'too valuable' not to share with our customers, but also with our support teams & field service. Data held here needs to have 'powerbi' visibility to interrogate and manage for internal support and preventative actions, but also to build up trending data and custoemr opportunity to manage operations too |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
LokiMon data can be an enabler for 'system availability' and also define our contractual KPIs for all of our live sites. further opportunity to look at marketing tools for bot uptimes (as we use for picking ticker for example) |
