Data Validation & reporting on Operator Compliance (RPI & SWM)

DLM (Welham Green) are very interested to understand 'operator compliance' and validation of best practice.

Data reporting is required to understand if an operator follows the following requests after their current pick :

SWM - does the operator "stay with me" as per the iPad prompt, and then pick the next pick on the same bot id ?

RPI - if an RPI indicates the next nearest picks (1, 2 locations left/right) will the next pick from that tag/operator be reported and confirmed, or is another user picking that requested item (or is the picker specifically NOT doing this)

we need to track operator compliance as an absolute and % value to see if the picking team are following best practice as defined by Locus & LN prompts

This is a Labour management tool and CI topic for operations to drive efficiency and best practice

Operationally DHL management cannot track if operators are following the pick path and shortest distance between picks. we do have pick rates, but are operators 'doing what they are told' or prompted ?
