Tote full to induct a new case in the pick space

Retail orders or wholesale orders might require multiple tote full missions to complete an entire order. Tote full forces the bot to only have one container per order per mission if a customer can't enable cartonize a large order. This means that multiple orders will be open on the dock at a time maybe more than what a dock can handle. This will reduce potential customer integration cost and decrease consolidation issues.

Customers constantly run into issues with upgrading to WMS integration features that allow for cartonization issues. This could be a win for Vector opportunities.
