It could be in FA, or on the admin iPad. Just a simple field pulling from the db that shows 'top-off: 65%' as an example.
Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
With recent firmware developments, related to charging issues and battery restraints, knowing what the top-off % is set to at a site has become more common. The only way for CS to know this, is to ping BST. By providing this information somewhere accessible to CS, we could avoid some pings / resource drain. |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
I'm guessing 10 or 15 minutes 4 - 5x per month that a BST resource would have to look up this information. Not sure the cost associated with that. |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
We need to understand why robots are charging more often in certain situations. As we continue getting different robots / different chargers / different batteries / different firmware, the top-off % will continue to be a data point that will need to be seen / referenced by teams outside of BST. The root cause is that only people who can log into the data base server and look for this field are able to see it and are therefore necessary to provide this detail. |
