Recently enabled separation of bot missions based on drop-off location when using pre-processor method. Carton induction is managed via separate printers at separate inductions. This doesn't prevent a carton with a different drop off area being accidentally inducted onto a mission. This feature is to prevent that via an error message and induct rejection. It is the last bullet in the attached document. We weren't able to add that with the initial feature.

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
No systematic way of rejecting induction of wrong pre-processed carton with the current workflow. Physical printer/induct separation will be used initially. This feature will make the induction process mistake proof. |
