The customer requires us to embed our payload in an XML wrapper. The required fields for this wrapper are detailed in the table "XML Content details", included in the attached document "IMS Api details.docx". Also, I've attached a sample XML file for an OrderJobResult message.
All OrderJobResult message types, should include the wrapper with the same format.

Quantify the problem/opportunity
The customer did not identify this gap during the integration workshops. It's only been noticed during the first integrated tests. Now it is a blocker for Go Live, which is planned for Aug 26. |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
WMS is not able to process message payload if it is not included in the wrapper, therefore, it is not able to receive Locus response messages. |
